DOWNLOADOffice is one of the best products ever released by Microsoft, along with Windows of course, and although it costs a small fortune, it’s still a must have for millions of users out there. The Redmond-based software giant has continuously improved its Office suite, so it now comes with a very attractive interface that keeps things a bit more organized, which means users can now benefit easier from its innovative functions.
Installing Microsoft Office is not a kid’s job, that’s for sure, you have to know exactly what you need before double-clicking the installer to start the setup process. There are a lot of tools bundled into Microsoft’s installation kit, so a little bit of computer knowledge is really a plus when trying to deploy a fresh copy of the software.
Copying all files could take a while, even in the case of super computers, and not necessarily due to some kind of glitch, but because there are way too many files to be transferred on the hard disks. In our case, we knew exactly what we needed, so we didn’t spend too much time deciding what to install and not.
In case you haven’t used an office suite until now, be it Microsoft Office, Open Office or any other similar software solution available out there, the interface will be a nightmare. At the first glance though, because the well-known Ribbon interface is really fantastic. That’s only a sign that you’re dealing with a top-notch application that’s ready to help you in any possible task.
This latest iteration of Office comes with several tools, as it follows: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Access, InfoPath, OneNote, Project, SharePoint Designer and Visio. Each of these can be installed along with a bunch of other utilities that can make your life a lot easier.
Microsoft Office is not at all a hardware maniac and you don’t have to spend all your money on computer upgrades just to be sure everything will run just fine. It’s actually a very light tool, despite the amazing efficiency that so many users have already experienced.
Create documents, organize your financial data in spreadsheets, build impressive presentations, make your own brochures and greetings cars, they can all be done through the 60-day trial that Microsoft is offering to all users curious to find what its Office suite is up to. Otherwise, you’ll have to pay 500 bucks to unlock its full powers. Still a five star product though.
